Non-profit status as an independent mission

Values that guide us

At Dreyfus Banquiers responsibility does not end with our own sphere of influence. Our company values of respect, consistency, security, and independence stand for conscientious personal conduct, reliable decisions, strong risk awareness, and the freedom to act consistently in your best interests. Over the years, this has given rise to a self-perception that views social commitment as an independent mission that refrains from being in the spotlight.

Our engagement from today’s perspective

The Board of Trustees of The Isaac Dreyfus-Bernheim Foundation now consists of three representatives of the seventh generation of the family and two employees of the bank. They bring different perspectives from their professional and social lives and take their philanthropic role very seriously. The operative management is the responsibility of Nadja Berger, who has been passionately committed to culture and cultural funding in various roles for over 20 years. She has firsthand knowledge of applicants’ needs, which is beneficial in her current role.

Focus of The Isaac Dreyfus-Bernheim Foundation
