Our approach to one another every day

Currently, the sixth and seventh generations of the owner family are already taking on responsibility for Dreyfus Banquiers. This continuity has a big influence on the way we work with our clients, our employees, and our partner organizations. Respect, reliability, and security are not simply buzzwords for us, but rather deeply ingrained values. These are perfectly expressed by our claim “In trusted hands.”

We start by listening

In our interactions with you, we are committed and attentive. We always work in tandem so that we can share our knowledge and assessments. We always consider your assets in the context of your overall situation. Listening is the first step in every conversation. Because we operate independently, we remain free of commercial interests and focus exclusively on what matters to you.

A supportive working environment

Our teamwork is based on mutual respect, allowing for different perspectives, and learning from each other. Many employees have been with Dreyfus Banquiers for years, some for generations. When we take responsibility, we enjoy the trust and support of the company. We make decisions based on professional expertise, not on chains of command. This provides stability and, at the same time, plenty of room for personal development.

These principles guide our everyday actions:

  • Respectful exchange, regardless of position or title

  • Mutual appreciation

  • Discretion and restraint

  • Professional responsibility, not hierarchical thinking

  • Direct coordination between departments

  • Uncomplicated processes thanks to streamlined structures

  • Clearly defined roles with personal freedom to act

  • Joint responsibility for decisions

  • Conscious use of time and resources

  • Constructive approach to mistakes

At Dreyfus Banquiers performance is not measured by presence. It goes without saying that work and private life should be in balance and that you go home to your family in the evening.
